As a seasoned REO listing broker Charles Hahn-Lowry is proud to offer the following services:
- Determine occupancy status and submit report within 48 hours of assignment
- Handle Cash for Keys if necessary
- Re-key property
- Submit a comprehensive Initial Property Inspection Report with color photos
- Report dangers, liabilities and/or vandalism/theft
- Obtain any necessary bids from general contractors and manage them to address trash out, sales clean and any necessary repairs
- Manage ongoing property maintenance such as pool or lawn services
- Provide timely and accurate BPOs
- Activate and/or deactivate utilities
- Immediately contact HOA and handle any violations or outstanding payments
- Conduct weekly physical inspection of properties
- Pursue aggressive sales and marketing effort to obtain highest possible sales price
