Perhaps you are wondering why there are no photos of fancy houses on this real estate website? The simple, honest answer is that it just doesn't feel right to me. Most of the real estate industry spends the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business – things like advertising, telemarketing, direct mail campaigns and covering their website with images of expensive homes. They are doing everything possible to try and get that next "lead." I don't do any of that! I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction and have been blessed with a thriving business that is 100% by referral. The odds are very good that you are only on our site because you or someone you know has done business with me in the past.

While I primarily serve the Phoenix metropolitan area we are well connected to excellent agents and lenders in other areas of the region and throughout all of North America. I stay connected to the top professionals in the industry because the difference between a smooth transaction and a stressful one is almost always due to the people involved. I launched this website to bring a new level of professionalism, excitement and fun to real estate.

Anyone who knows Charles will tell you he is a true "people person!" Charles' primary goal when he sells a home is to give his clients personal attention such that he does not have a client list, so much as he has an extensive list of people who consider him their very good friend.

A Phoenix native and third generation real estate professional, Charles follows a family heritage in real estate started by his grandfather, the founder of Bob Lowry Realty. He has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in the Phoenix area since 1997. He is currently an associate broker for Realty Executives which is one of the most successful and well respected real estate brokerages in Arizona. Charles is also proud to be affiliated with Buffini and Company, a business coaching company that stresses delivering the highest levels of service to clients and working exclusively by referral. His accomplishments with the Buffini organization include being a local “small group” conference leader, a certified mentor in the 100 Days to Greatness® program, a four year Peak Performer.

Charles loves Arizona and is involved with community activities, charitable endeavors, local politics and even non residential real estate projects. His volunteer efforts have included working with families in the pre-surgery department at Phoenix Children's Hospital and being a mentor at a school for homeless children. He also takes advantage of every opportunity for self improvement that he can. He is a Master Graduate of the prestigious Rapport Leadership International curriculum and has held the office of President of the Biltmore Toastmasters Club. He continually takes courses not only in real estate subjects, but also in communication, interpersonal skills, negotiations and even parenting!

At the heart of his extra endeavors lies Charles' love of friends and family. He moved from selling new construction homes for Beazer Homes to become an independent agent with Model Home Center. There he could provide more personalized service to his clients. As his family grew to include his own children, he earned his brokers license so he could be free to hire people to help him maintain quality service to his clients while still attending the family needs. As a third generation Arizona real estate agent and with nearly 15 years as an active agent himself you can be sure he knows the local market.
