| Our mission as your real estate brokerage is to do everything we can to help you achieve your real estate goals. We serve the entire Phoenix metropolitan area. Our team will provide you with levels of knowledge, service and integrity that are extremely rare in the real estate industry. The difference between a smooth transaction and a stressful one is almost always due to the people involved. At Hahn-Lowry and Associates we work tirelessly to stay connected to the best people in the industry. We launched Hahn-Lowry and Associates because we know our team brings a new level of professionalism, excitement and fun to real estate.
Most people in the industry spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business—things like advertising and telemarketing, going door-to-door and direct mail campaigns. We don’t do any of that! We devote ourselves to serving the needs of our clients before, during and after each transaction. We only ask that while we’re working for you, you refer us to people like yourself who are thinking about buying or selling a home. We can then do an even better job working for you! Charles Hahn-Lowry is our founder and designated broker. A Phoenix native and third generation real estate professional, Charles follows a family heritage in real estate started by his grandfather, the founder of Bob Lowry Realty. He has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes in the Phoenix area since 1997. Charles is also proud to be affiliated with Buffini and Company, a business coaching company that stresses close relationships and strong trust with clients. His accomplishments with the Buffini organization include being a small group leader, a certified mentor in the 100 Days to Greatness® program, and a four year Peak Performer. Charles loves Arizona and is involved with community activities, charitable endeavors, local politics and even non residential real estate projects. He volunteers weekly in the pre-surgery department at Phoenix Children's Hospital. He also takes advantage of every opportunity for self improvement that he can. He is a Master Graduate of the prestigious Rapport Leadership International curriculum and Vice President of Membership of the Biltmore Toastmasters Club. He continually takes courses not only in real estate subjects, but also in communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation and even parenting! |

They have entered the "adventure" phase of their career, exploring the country from their new motorhome. Perry Layton is our consulting designer and home stager. Perry, formerly a visual display designer for Tiffany’s in New York, assures that our clients’ homes will be showplace perfect for quicker sales at higher prices. |

Rob Hahn-Lowry helped to start up Hahn-Lowry and Associates, and he still helps us with our computer systems, web site, accounting and legal issues. As an experienced licensed Realtor we often ask him to pitch in helping clients on busy weekends. But his regular, full-time job is actually outside of the real estate industry, working in business development for a company that provides advanced cancer profiling services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. |
